Terms of Service
Last updated: 15 July 2026
These terms govern your use of Saucefox. By creating an account or using a vault, you agree to them. Questions: support@saucefox.com.
1. The service
Saucefox lets creators create private resource vaults, configure Twitch or email eligibility rules, deliver files and review first-party analytics. Features may change during beta.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter these terms and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for your credentials, connected accounts and activity. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access.
3. Twitch
Use of Twitch-connected features is also subject to Twitch's terms, developer agreement and privacy notice. Saucefox is not Twitch and cannot guarantee the continued availability or interpretation of Twitch APIs. You must not use Saucefox to mislead viewers, manipulate engagement or violate platform rules.
4. Creator responsibilities
You must have rights to uploaded files and public claims, configure gates accurately, honor the promised perk, and handle exported email leads lawfully. Do not upload malware, illegal material, infringing content or sensitive data that Saucefox is not designed to hold.
5. Plans, billing and limits
Paid subscriptions renew until canceled and are billed by Stripe at the displayed interval. Taxes may apply. Downgrades or failed payments may limit publishing and storage. Plan limits include active-vault and storage quotas; Saucefox may prevent new uploads or publishing when limits are exceeded.
6. Viewer access
Verification determines access only at the time of the check. Platform data can be delayed or unavailable. Saucefox does not guarantee that every eligible viewer will complete a flow or that every conversion will be attributed.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend harmful, unlawful, abusive or policy-violating activity. Creators may cancel billing and request account deletion. We may preserve limited records required for fraud prevention, disputes, tax or legal obligations.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted APIs, conversion outcomes, audience growth or permanent storage. To the extent permitted by law, Saucefox is not liable for indirect or consequential losses and total liability is limited to fees paid during the previous 12 months.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms with notice appropriate to the change. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance. Contact support@saucefox.com with questions.
